2 Hours – $275
+ $125 for optional detailed Staging Report
It takes an objective view to see a home from a Buyer’s perspective. I’ll walk through the home room by room with the Homeowner, noting everything that needs to be done to bring the home to market ready condition and appeal to the most home buyers! As a Certified Staging Professional, I provide expert advice on curb appeal, furniture placement, how to best utilize existing décor along with recommendations on flooring, paint color, lighting, hardware & fixtures; while emphasizing the importance of editing, depersonalizing & organizing the home.
Sea Color
Color Consultation
Interior up to 3 rooms 1 hour – $150
Interior 2 hours – whole house – $250
Exterior only – $200
It can be overwhelming to walk into a paint store and try to choose the right color in the sea of choices. I provide multi-sized paint samples to you in your home. Using my expertise in choosing color, I will recommend the paint colors that will look and work best with your home’s existing finishes and lighting. This package is useful for both Staging and Design.
Occupied Home Staging

Occupied Staging Packages (additional cost for 3,500 sq. ft. +)
4 Hours (half day) – $525
7 Hours (full day) – $875
For the Homeowner feeling too overwhelmed to do it on their own, we will work with your existing furnishings and décor to stage the main living areas of the home and provide a visual shopping list of what is recommended to purchase to bring the home to market ready condition and appeal to the most buyers.
Sea Worthy
Staging Décor Shopping – $325
We will strategically shop for, deliver, and arrange specific accent décor to stage an Occupied Home. To-the-Trade pricing and discounts will be applied. Homeowner will keep all merchandise purchased and be provided with all receipts.
Breeze Thru
Photo Day Prep – $375
Following a Consultation we will be at the house on the day of professional photography to ensure your home is photo ready! We look over the exterior and interior going through each room making all necessary adjustments to furniture layout, pillows, bedding, accessory placement, art & lighting, etc. We also style built-ins and bookshelves and owners closets prior to the photographers arrival and can remain in the home to assist photographer if necessary.
Vacant Home Staging
Seas the Day
Vacant Staging – $2,500+
We create that WOW factor to appeal to buyers! We visit the home to evaluate, photograph, measure & plan for the vacant stage. Furnishings and accent décor are sourced based on the requirements of the home and rooms chosen to be staged. Utilizing a warehouse of modern curated accent décor, art and furnishings, selections are specifically chosen for the style of home and rooms to be staged. Vacant Staging pricing includes selection, coordination, delivery, staging and de-staging, pack-up and removal of all furniture & décor.
Island Breeze
Accessory Staging – $575
If you don’t have the budget for a full vacant stage but would like something to warm up that empty home to appeal to Buyers, this package is for you! We will provide and arrange accessory accent décor, textiles, and soft goods appropriate for the home to add style, warmth and a pop of color for showings and photos on the MLS.
